Tim is a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success developing and implementing public policy strategies for Fortune 500 companies, government, and non-profit
organizations.

His years of know-how in advising senior executives, Members of Congress, and high profile officials have helped shape his talent and expertise when it comes to guiding organizations on
policy matters impacting cutting-edge and emerging technologies.

Tim currently leads US Federal Affairs at Yahoo (formerly Verizon Media), a global media and tech company with brands ranging from Yahoo News to Yahoo Sports and TechCrunch that
connect over one billion people worldwide. At Yahoo, he oversees and manages the company’s work at the federal level with Congress, the Administration, and other external policy
stakeholders.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Tim was a Principal at The Raben Group, one of the leading public policy firms in Washington, D.C. There, he advised Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, coalitions,
and trade associations on legislative and political engagement activities involving tech, civil rights, Congressional oversight, and various other policy issues.

In addition to leadership roles in the private sector, Tim has held a number of high profile roles in government. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel to the late great Chairman of
the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings (D-MD), where he served as the Committee’s lead adviser on tech issues. Tim also served as an Assistant United
States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
